Revolution a month long yoga course – FREE – available on YouTube (search for Yoga with Adriene) along with many many more of Adriene Mishler’s yoga videos. If you are new to yoga start with one of her other month long courses, either 30 days of Yoga or Yoga Camp. They are really good and at 30 minutes on average, very doable.

And yes folks, they are for EVERYONE, all ages and fitness levels – I mean, I can do them!

I find Yoga really helps me with so many aspects of life; physical strength, mental health, it grounds me and eases my mind. What does it do for you? By the way, I am not a fanatic, totally capable of taking a week out but do enjoy getting back to it.
